What we provide

Three tools: a browser-based PDF fill-and-sign editor (free and unlimited), a receipt transcription service that returns a spreadsheet (paid), and an AI-powered product video generator (paid). All paid services use prepaid credits. One credit covers one receipt scan, one PDF receipt, or one generated video.

Credits

• Credits are delivered as soon as your payment completes.
• Credits never expire.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• A free monthly allowance is provided at our discretion and may change.

Refunds

Unused credits are refundable on request, no questions asked. Email us from your account address and we will refund the unused portion.

Used credits are not refundable. At checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw in respect of credits you have consumed. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to credits you have not used.

If a scan fails on our side, the credit is returned to you automatically. You are never charged for our errors.

Accuracy

Receipt transcription is automated and will sometimes be wrong. Every result is arithmetic-checked and anything that does not reconcile is flagged in the "Needs review" column, but flagging is not a guarantee of correctness. You must review the output before relying on it. We are not liable for decisions, filings, or submissions made from unreviewed output.

Your documents

You keep all rights to your files. We claim no licence over them. PDFs are never uploaded; receipt images are processed in memory and discarded. See the privacy page for the specifics, including our use of an AI provider for transcription.

You are responsible for having the right to process the documents you submit, and for not submitting unlawful content.

Signatures

The tool applies a drawn image and text to a PDF. Whether a resulting signature is legally binding depends on your jurisdiction and the document in question. We make no representation that a document signed with this tool satisfies any particular legal or evidentiary standard. For documents requiring qualified or witnessed signatures, use a service designed for that purpose.

AI video generation

Video generation is provided by AI services. Generated videos are produced from scripts written by Claude AI and voiceovers created by ElevenLabs TTS. The videos are intended for product advertisement on social media platforms.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring any product images or information you provide are owned by you or you have permission to use.
• Complying with the platform terms of service where you publish the videos (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Ensuring the generated video content is legal and accurate in your jurisdiction.
• Not using generated videos to impersonate, defame, or mislead consumers.

Generated video files are not stored on our servers. They are created on-demand and returned to you directly. See the privacy page for details on how your product information and images are handled.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account suspension

We may suspend an account for abuse, automated scraping of the free tier, or a reversed payment for credits already consumed.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought a credit governs that credit. Material changes will be notified by email.
